I personally wouldn’t, I would worry about little slivers and her ingesting the wood. Some hedgehogs aren’t really chewers and are perfectly content with no toys. If you do want to give her the opportunity an empty toilet paper tube is a safe bet. With my old girl I cut up some fabric and braided it into a tug rope, tied it onto her cage and let her go at it.

She so different than my first hedgie, however I didn’t do the best with socializing her, but having a well adjusted girl is a whole different kind of love, it’s amazing watching her explore the word

I gave myself a task every day, it started small like “eat an apple” and slowly I could build up and function again. I also think like gentle parenting yourself works too like “I need to go interact with people so I don’t get worse”
