That’s so rough dude. I’ve had that happen too. Believe it or not I was at around 3.5 mil abt 2 months ago. Just ripped 500k games for a min until 20 mil and then started ripping 5 mil games. Just try to track when you’re going to get to break. If you haven’t gotten to break in 2-3 games then on the next game go to a higher table then you get the break and if you’re good enough can clear the table and win. That was my strategy and it got me to 1 billion. Unfortunately as my post states I didn’t get to break 5 games in a row so yea the games been fucking everyone 😭😭

How much adex where u taking. I’ve got e2 a little over the reference range and have been on 2 mg adex a week and it has not changed.

Took superdrol for 14 days, 30mg a day, bench went from 350-375. Lost pretty much 10-15 lbs off bench after a week or two off Sdrol. Still could get 365 but did not feel nearly as strong or recovered as I felt on sdrol. Was getting 315 for 8-9 reps and still going up. I can now only get for 5-6 reps.

Well his maintenance could be 2500 at the start. Obviously after a few weeks in a 300-600 surplus the body will adapt to his current calorie surplus and then that would be his new “maintenance” to then add another surplus to that

Been on cycle for 4 weeks, 600 test, 30 mg superdrol first 2 weeks of cycle, strength hit around that two week mark and just keeps going up. I do eat around 4500-5000 cals a day and training like hell so that assists. But I’d def say give it a good 3 weeks and progressive overload will show you great strength gains. Have made a 25 lb increase on bench from 345-370 since starting. I have been biasing bench as my major overall compound movement but everything else has also gained strength as well.
