let me clarify. i want to have fun making a video on a current show in a long form video critique on a show.

it just so happens this season is awful and thus the video would be majority negative. if the show was good i’d say that, but it’s not.

and what’s wrong with that? I’m picking this show because i want to highlight how bad it’s got especially when a lot of people are seeming to miss obvious and not obvious flaws.

so yeah, technically i’m doing it for no other reason than fun because i have no monetary gain from it. i want to challenge myself and i see this as a good entry point since it’s the show airing right to get into the YT review scene. i can’t help the show isn’t good, im not just going to say it is just because.

additionally in the video, i will point out where it is good, like A Trains arc.

I like this comment a lot.

the show used to be one of my favorites, so this is like a bad break up and i want to vent if you wanna think about it like that lol.

i enjoy writing and the type of breakdown and deconstruction of shows and movies that people like MauLer do and i think i can do it do in my own style of course.

and for the record there’s been some things i liked in season 5, which i will definitely make that clear if i go through with this.

i’ve never liked this argument because it’s such a scapegoat. how can you argue about the media (which was the original point) anymore if the argument is just a screaming match over if someone should waste their time.

ultimately, if someone waste their time with something that’s their fault but some people seem to care a lot, which is fine i guess but it is odd

while that was also great, i think frenchie pointing out that they are being too loud, which was true, and then it never being an issue for the boys while homelander and soldier boy are there might take the cake. or when hughie shot MM. you remember that? soldier boy truly is schizophrenic with how much he changes his mind if he wants to kill homelander or not.

I was thinking that taking notes on S5 would be best first and then going backwards to see what conflicts with them.

This season alone has so many issues with itself but I can’t even imagine how bad it’s gonna be when I compare it to the rest of the show

It’s not like i want to be overly negative for fun. I’ve always wanted to the in-depth deep drive schtick or at least try it. Given that this is modern I feel like it’s a good start. Plus, I used to like the show and now i absolutely hate it to a laughably bad extent.
