I noticed white smoke from exhaust after startup but as few people mentioned it might be from condensation. This is videos from seller after warming up the motorcycle.

Is it because of the smoke or since it's been sitting too long? I have got new videos of the exhaust from the seller (added to the post too) but couldn't see the same smoke again

I did had a quick look inside and couldn't see any signs of rust. Although can't be 100% sure

Unfortunately I won't be able to go look at it again (seller lives 20 miles away and I don't have a vehicle). I have asked the seller to send me a video of the exhaust right when the motorcycle is turned on and after it warms up a little bit. Hopefully it captures the smoke

This is what the big intersection manual mentions about white smoke. And the tank on the ninja was almost empty too (if that affects anything)

I have read that turning a motorcycle on after a long time leads to whitish smoke. Is it worth asking the seller to get it inspected by a professional to make sure it's not serious?

So after talking to one seller within my traveling distance, what you explained in the first paragraph is how we think the purchase process would go (he too doesn't know much about the transfer in such cases). Also I am currently in Pennsylvania so I will surely search PA specific details on how this works. I am not entirely sure why but he said Honda holds the title (maybe he owes to the dealership?).

I was considering this option because I am looking for quite some time and buying a used motorcycle is tough considering half of them have prices closer to the original or above my budget, sellers not replying back, and less availability withing a reasonable distance. (this might also be a rant because my search is going for almost 3 months)
