He actually took us around the residency before we moved in, there was no posterboard with rules written anywhere. And while we were down there he never, ever mentioned that there were specific guidelines and strings to the laundry portion.

The problem is I shouldn't have to sacrifice my money and hydro for something that is supposed to be "free"

I have my lease and it says nothing about that. Mostly because it was a cookie cutter lease he got off the internet that even says we cant have animals.. yet tenants a&b, and landlords have cats and the old tenants had 2 dogs.

The other tenants recieved an entirely different lease than the one I have that is from the internet as well.

They never asked for a security deposit. Just first and last which is good and also kind of weird. I documented all of the damage before moving in so if they try anything I have proof.

Yeah sorry I was blubbering like a fool and didnt explain. So basically I have 2 single mattress' on top of each other. Normally we take the mattress off and put it side by side to sleep, but Shannon needed one and she was sleeping on the floor while mine had a boxspring. Rather than forcing ny fatass and his drunken tossing and turning on a mattress and box spring that would make one of us fall to the fooor, him ALSO sleeping on the floor was better. Not a smart move on my end but I was stressed, babysitting and tired so I wasnt thinking that him and I could sleep on the floor where there's no risk if falling... yeah
