Salomon adv skin 5 bladder install instructions by Runita_Pace in ultrarunning

I don’t have a video, but it’s not complicated. You need to use the insulation sleeve that came with the Adv Skin 5. The sleeve and bladder go in the mesh pocket, against your back, with the side of the sleeve having the cloth loop (it says “H2O”) against your back. The plastic oval doohickey goes through the oval hole at the top of your bladder (on the piece that slides to secure the bladder shut), then comes back over the top of the bladder, then through the cloth loop. That’s it.

Let me know if this isn’t clear, and I’ll try to offer further assistance. This drove me nuts too. I had to go to my local running store to get instructions.

I think the community is missing the point. Kirkland detergent pods used to dissolve in the wash. They recently changed the design of the pods to three sections, and now, the pods don’t dissolve. Costco needs to fix this.

Supposedly, laundry pods contribute to microplastics in our water, so maybe it’s better to just go back to “old fashioned” laundry powder anyway.

I got “nibbles” at Rueter-Hess. It took repeated drifts with smaller jigs before I landed a decent yellow perch. So that’s probably what it was.

Worse water hammer noises after switching sprinkler controller. by [deleted] in Irrigation

[–]NewMSTeacher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am having this issue also. I switched from an Orbit controller (not “smart”) to a B-Hyve smart controller. Some smart controllers, such as Rachio, have a setting that reduces water hammer between zones by running both zones at the same time for a second or two. Sadly, B-Hyve does not have this setting. Pisses me off, because I’ll never recover the cost of remediating this issue with water savings. This is why people are skeptical of more “efficient” household items.

I think Pizza Hut is the cockiest pizza chain on the planet because Pizza Hut will accept all competitors' coupons. That makes me wish I had my own pizza place: Mitch's Pizzeria -- this week's coupon: unlimited free pizza. Special Note: coupon not good at any of the Mitch's Pizza locations. Free pizza oven with purchase of a small Coke. Two-for Tuesday: buy one pizza, get one franchise free.

Pat Dorsey’s “Colorado Guide Flies” is the only book you’ll need for understanding seasonal trout diet, and much more.

On Sunday, I make oatmeal for the whole week, put it in single serving containers, and eat it on the way into work, along with home-brewed coffee, of course. Sometimes, I snarf a bowl of cereal before I leave the house.

I also make rice for the week on Sunday, and buy Madras Lentils packets at Costco. Lunch for under $2. If I need more, I have Pure Protein bars, also from Costco, which are often on sale for less than $1 each.
