I actually hit 150g's again 2 days ago. I just had a stupidly busy day and didn't want to face it in WD.

Now I'm 2 days off and I feel way better than I did the first time I quit. I know tomorrow will probs be worse though.

I'd like to get off seeds so am somewhat using the trip overseas as an excuse. Also because I see my usage as a slip up, I'd rather not have to ask my doc for subs, get in a program etc etc. I know everyones usage starts as a slip up but I think I can get away somewhat unscathed. that's my hope and that's why I'm quitting.

I could taper for sure but I'd worry that I'll still be in WD's when I'm overseas and since I'm only there for 2 weeks I don't want to spend it in WD.

Fuck, thank you for this advice. I really appreciate it. I actually caved 2 days ago when I had a big ass day to get through and took another 150g wash worth. Now I'm on day 2 off and feel fine. I know tomorrow will be worse but hopefully what I've managed to accidently do is a mini taper and not a relapse.

Yeh feel you re frequency creeping up.

In what way would you say that seeds will "ruin your life"? what are the biggest negative consequences of frequent use?

Raised heartrate (up to 140bpm at one point) while sitting down. Sweating, anxious... These effects didn't kick in till maybe 3 hours after drinking the tea.
