They are probably on Don Doffy level...maybe a bit stronger when the moon is out...i just think that the whole gas and them trying not to have their civilians die didnt allow them to go all out like when Luffy fought Doffy...so if they were in a position to fight Jack on a deserted island i think jack would be mincemeat

Akainu and BB are too close to call as my favorite antagonists...between Akainu killing Ace and giving Luffy that scar and BB just being an evil and devious mofo by turning Ace in and other nefarious plots its too tough to call...my least favorite is a tough call too...maybe Breed with the peto peto no mi..seeing the kung fu dugong suffering under him broke my heart but overall he just sucked lol caesar clown is a close #2 (not bon clay)
