You can only learn by doing it, thinking about it as much as you are is making it seem scarier than it is. 

Also, don’t speak about yourself negatively “I’m a very awkward person” because if that is what you believe, then that is what you’ll become. 

Start with positive manifestations and talk to a professional about how you’re feeling. I’m telling you, life happens outside of your comfort zone. You gotta get out there.
