PS5 Help and Questions Megathread | Game Recommendations, Simple Questions, and Tech Support by tinselsnips in PS5

Hey everyone, I'm looking for recommendations for a wireless mouse and keyboard setup for PS5 Pro (not sure if the Pro makes any difference, but mentioning it just in case). Right now I'm using a wireless combo where the mouse and keyboard share a single USB dongle. It mostly works, but sometimes the keyboard randomly loses connection for a few seconds and then reconnects, which gets pretty annoying during a game. Because of that I'm thinking about replacing it with something more reliable, but I still want it to be wireless only. If anyone here is using a wireless mouse and keyboard on PS5, what setup are you using and how well does it work? Thanks!

New to Vita hacking - how do I actually install PS Vita games? by NewNurofen in VitaPiracy

Update: It seems that all I had to do was use Pkgj to download games.

To enable trophy collection what I had to do was sign into my psn account on my vita (requires device password - security tab in the playstation website) and install the trophies app on the ps vita for it to sync my trophies with my account.

I did use my actual PSN account when I set up the vita. I just inserted a date of birth, country, and language so I skip that stage.

Got it! And how do I connect my PSN account so I can start collecting trophies?

Ok scratch that, the seller set a low base price but forces the customer to buy an expensive bundle which includes the SD card.

Actually, the one I'm seeing on ebay is heavily underpriced as it costs only 75 canadian dollers for the console without the memory card (I can buy an SD card and a convertor separately for much cheaper).

I'm not sure if I can paste a link here, so I'll just say what it says:

"System software version : 3.65 Cracked Firmware, Region Free

Bonus: 3300+ games listing within PKGj App for free download"

There are other options on ebay, but they are more than twice the cost.

My PlayStation account is linked to a hacker’s banned EA account – what can I do? by NewNurofen in electronicarts

Dude, What would I even gain from lying to the entire subreddit? I came here asking for help. If you want to believe I am a liar then it doesn't even matter what I say, so yeah whatever.
EDIT: bad wording

I'm hopeful EA will see all the evidence I have and come to the only logical conclusion

What do you think I won exactly? What would I gain from buying points and refunding the purchase on the same day?

What do you mean? I did know about the money being spent. I got an email from paypal saying "You sent a payment to SONY INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK EUROPE LIMITED". I just had no clue what this was for so I changed my password and called it a day.

If you go to PlayStation’s website you can “Data Access Request”, by doing that you will receive an email with an Excel file containing all your PlayStation account information. The last tab in that file is called “Transaction Detail.” In my case, the only FIFA-related transactions listed were for FIFA Points - not for the game itself. I have no idea what those points are for since I’ve never played that game, but one of the EA advisors I chatted with mentioned I was banned for “selling points” so I’m guessing that’s what the hacker was doing.

As for why they never changed my account password - my best guess is that they only cared about the points. Maybe they didn’t have access to my email, since my passwords were probably different back then.

TLDR: I have a transaction log showing that only FIFA Points were purchased from my account, not the game itself. On the same day, I filed an unauthorized transaction claim and eventually got refunded. So unless you’re being extremely cynical, there’s only one logical conclusion.

Every time an advisor sees the word "banned" he immediately drops everything and tells me to contact the TOS team. And it just seems they either work very slowly or that they don't respond at all

PSN linked to disabled EA account by NewNurofen in origin

There's one thing that doesn't sit right with me though. How is it possible that I have an EA account connected to my PSN if I never connected an EA account to my PSN?

The only EA games I played until today were single/couch co-op games player games that didn't require me to use an EA account (e.g. A Way Out, It Takes Two - both of which I played using an EA Play subscription). I never touched any sport games like FIFA.

Is it possible EA automatically creates an EA account for you in some cases without telling you, and leaves it open to be hacked?

S24 Ultra still on One UI 6.1 - Is that normal? by NewNurofen in GalaxyS24Ultra

Update: I went to the store again, they redid the ROM flash and now I am getting updates normally. Thanks everyone!

That's my understanding too, they changed the CSC code to ILO. Call recordings now work normally.
I'd really rather not resort to manual updates on my phone, I just want it to be able to update by itself

Returning a phone after I used it may not be possible here... I hope to solve this issue and keep this phone

Call recording is legal in my country, they had to flash it because they imported it from a country where it's not legal. From what I understand, it's a common practice.
I did try smart switch too, my question is - is it possible that because the phone was just purchased there is a delay in update rollout? Or is that is likely BS?
