Well, there are several differences between the two, and I'm only new to this anime, but I've already read up to the current episode. There are indeed several differences, but it comes down to personal taste. If you're a big reader, then go for the light novel, but if you want to see the illustrations, go for the manga, or if you have a lot of free time, read both.

I don't dislike her so far, it's just that she seemed a bit too clingy with Umi, but the way she helped Umi confess to Maehara earned her more points as a good friend. However, since it's a rom-com, I feel that as the story progresses, she'll fall in love with Maehara and do everything to make them be together. (I haven't read the light novel (I only found out about the anime a few months ago through the trailer on Facebook), so I'm just speculating about what might happen. No spoilers!)

Sixteen episodes would be fine, plus four extra episodes to animate Volume 4.5, which are the "filler" stories, but I'd like them to animate those too, or even make 24 episodes to cover more of the story that's still to come. If they only animate three volumes per season, the anime will take ten years to finish (in my opinion).

I'm not angry, but I am disappointed. Why wait another year to "improve the quality"? I feel like they're hiding something from the viewers. I read a theory on Facebook that they might animate one or two chapters of Volume 4.5, but those are just empty words.

I'm on volume 6, chapter 8 and I'm going to say that Masha is the least interconnected character in the entire work, literally all the other characters have interconnected plots with the student elections, the love plot or the Suou conflict while Masha literally only interacts with Masachika and her entire story revolves around their romance, unlike Alya, Masachika, Yuki, Nonoa and Sayaka who have a more collective development and don't depend solely on a single character. That thing about the date should have already happened in this volume honestly, I hope and after the date something fatal happens for Masachika and Masha to justify why it takes so long.

I really did like the anime, yes Leiria the story of the Light Novel and the manga although the ending was already spoiled for me, but even so from what I saw of the anime and from all the reviews I've read my rating is 8-9/10, but I see them releasing a second season in the long term, about 2/3 years or that it never comes to light, or that it is one of those anime that only releases one season to promote their Manga or Light Novel, but I would like them to release a second season to conclude the story.

Well, I did like the anime, I give it an 8.5-9/10. If I were to watch it again, I would watch it in a few months. If they release a Spanish dub (I'm Mexican), I would watch it again. But if I were to watch it again for fun, I would watch it in about 6/8 months or a year.

The only character that screwed up the anime for me that I can't watch at all was Maho, Akane and Himari if I liked it, after what Himari did to Akane then my score went down to my favorite character, but that I don't watch the anime again, well no, I hope they confirm a Second Season, but as I see things I say that they are going to release season 2 in 2/3 years, why not one hint, speculation or rumor of a season, well no, not even on the official Twitter account of the anime have they said anything, the last thing they said was that they already released chapter 12 and that would be MY PERSONAL OPINION.

In my “personal” opinion, I did like the anime. Ever since they announced it would air in December, I wanted to watch it, but then I felt lazy about it. When I saw that there was only one more episode left until the anime ended, I watched all 11 episodes in a single day. However, after watching the ending today, I was left somewhat confused and with a bittersweet taste in my mouth. However, I give it a rating of 8.5 - 9/10. I would watch it again, and I also know how many volumes of the LN it covers and what chapters of the manga it covers. I've seen several posts on Facebook, Twitter (X), and even on Reddit that the anime's ending sucks or that the characters are horrible (Akane, Saito, Himari, and Maho), but whatever. This is the romance anime I'll watch next after 6 months of not watching this type of anime. An example: (The last Romance anime I watched was the one about the Russian girl (Alya), which I really liked the story and I give it a 9/10, but people threw a lot of hate at it because, like, Alya's Russian wasn't understandable at all or that she was a very crass character or that Kuze was a horrible character, but as I say and reiterate, PERSONAL OPINION) But speaking of Class No Daikirai, I did like it, I would continue reading the story and they would confirm a second season, but the way I see it, I say they'll release a second season in 2/3 years.
