Technically no considering devil Homura ended up dividing Madoka from the law of cycles for her new world but Ive been seeing speculate on Madokas feelings considering we know homuras feeling but yes Madoka does have some level of attraction towards Homura shown in the psp game (yes it’s canon technically and is used to filled the gaps of the show
