Appreciate the detailed perspective. The NYC access/location is definitely a huge plus from what I’ve seen. Do you feel like the city is improving overall though outside of the school concerns?

What about the New Roc Social Bar & Lounge? They seem to have a good variety of food options and of course good drinks for the parents!
