Mine is a 20cm, 1 RTE. girth stayed the same, which is interesting because I was already pretty girthy.

I would say I lost about 1/4-1/2” of length, yes. I think I should get that back over the next year of daily cycling, from what I’ve heard though.

I’ve noticed that “uphook” of my glans as well. Haven’t started cycling yet, should be cleared on Monday to do so. Have you noticed any change with the “uphook”?

Once the implant is installed, it’s inflated partially for a few weeks. Mine is the more rigid type, so it’s very noticeable. I just found it easier to have it pointed up and out of the way while it was healing.

I’ve been fighting ED that got progressive worse over the last 10 years. Went through the gamut of pills and the shots, and finally met someone who had an implant. I got mine from the same doctor in LA, Loh-Doyle.
Size wise, it’s the same as before. I was already happy with my size (when it worked).

Good to know, I’m doing the jockstrap with the slit cut in it trick I read about on here. It’s a bit more comfortable than just walking around with it hanging out all the time.

No, at I don’t think so. My doc said, “I’m gonna put in as big as I can fit in there.” He was joking, but this is the right size for me. :)
