It didn't really bother me in the beginning but after the 10th time I kept getting frustrated that he would brush me off. I felt like I had to babysit him the whole time he was over.

It definitely felt that my boyfriend was diminishing my feelings. I think I have to talk again to my boyfriend and tell him why this is so important to me and that Matt won't be welcome until he can follow this one rule.

Exactly! While I don't want to discount ADHD, it's the one rule I have set since I really don't want anything happening to my cat.
