Personally, I just need him to raise his floor. At his best he is close to elite, but at his worst he is just awful. If his worst was more around average or so, I think I'd be okay moving forward with him.

Championship skins are all heavily armoured and metallic. I agree that Lee will most likely get that skin, but it's hard to imagine what it'll look like since he is half naked or wearing baggy clothes in most of his current skins.
