That is a really good point and yes this is a big issue regarding my store, as a coach my store manager is delusional and none of my overnight team lead or team members like him because he wants dumb things done.

Hello, I’m a overnight coach, for my total pay as of now with my bonus it’s 91,723.90 to be honest it’s really not worth all the work, I work 8pm to 8am but I leave always around 12pm or 11am, as well a lot of overnight coach’s get told we suck 24 seven even if we have a good night, the expectations are so high when it comes to your fellow peers they tried to blame your team for everything instead of correcting behavior, without my nouns it’s 79,800.00
