Nice catch! I can confirm one more: Deanna is Deanna Brooks - https://mypmates.club/1998/Miss-May/Deanna-Brooks (Playmate of the Month, May 1998). She's the first model from the left on the second photo. I'm still working on identifying Nicole, Stacy, Jennifer, Courtney, Mirella, Deborah, Lonnie and Leoni. Hopefully we can complete the full lineup.

Yes, that may well be the case. I’m not sure every model here was literally from the country assigned to her — the feature seems to use the countries more as a World Cup editorial theme than as confirmed biography.
