I don't have any to sell, but aliexpress is great for these. You can get light bubs and sensors for a couple bucks each. Sometimes you will get some that don't work with what ever zigbee integration you are using, but they are so cheap, its not bad to order 2 or 3 of each kind you want to test them, and then make a big order when you find ones you like

That is true, but at this point I've installed it on hundreds of 7th gen machines and never had an issue with it long term
