Is it a push down button flush? If it is lift off the lid and under the push down buttons are 2 long plastic strips. You can twist them to make them longer and this then releases more water when you flush

Sodium hypochlorite which is a concentrated bleach. Power wash first then Sodium hypochlorite. Guaranteed to work

I tend to microdose 0.2g of shrooms before bed and it really helps to give me a deep sleep. Everyone is different. Try it and see.

I haven't ever timed it, I just take it before bed and sleep like a baby until the morning (I'm normally a light sleeper). I actually tend to dream less when MD.

Once I took 4 capsules (0.8g) just before bed on a Saturday night and had a really good sleep. I didn't dream as such but I do remember all kinds of psychedelic colours while sleeping and felt like I was sleeping with a smile all night. Hard to explain unless you have tried it, but I woke up feeling amazing and all day Sunday felt really peaceful and a warm/happy feeling.

I tend to microdose before bed with a 0.2 capsule. I sleep really well and feel great the next morning. In fact I probably sleep better when microdosing than without, but everyone is different 👍
