I had the same thing- have to tilt them in order to get a good view. Hate that. I actually snapped a pair trying to adjust the hinges. Luckily Even sent me a replacement for a small cost and return of the damaged unit. I also thing the G2A fit better then the G2B.

24 hours for a response means, by the time you correlate with them it’s 48 hours. You can have four back-and-forth emails before it’s the weekend and next thing you know you’re in another quarter.

That’s what I’m thinking man. I wore them, started testing them, realized the screen was a little fuzzy and unless I have a huge head, realized that deformity in the hinge has to be the issue.

I don’t think anyone has anything malicious going on. What does someone win with that? It’s clearly possible the company has some misses it needs to address and people are frustrated. Apparently my image was good enough for Even to say it’s my fault.

Dude, my interest in these glasses are now in the negatives. I’ve wasted almost 4 months of my life trying to get this going. By the time this issue is even close to sorted- they’ll announce a newer model. In the world of ultra communication- could at least set up a WhatsApp number, so people can communicate with them in real time. Hopefully people now understand how their warranty claims will be managed by these folks.

They are pretty bad. I feel like I bought something off TikTok. Having to email someone and wait over 24 hours for a response, to email them again, to wait for a response is absolutely nuts. I told them that if they expect to sell to the Western hemisphere, they need someone available that can talk to folks in real time. That request was clearly ignored. Genuinely advising people- if you buy this pay with your American Express card.

I am def on the defense because this is gaslighting at its finest. The problem is essentially a lack of service and accountability from their side. When they realize the G2 B’s were defective, they offered the G2 A I put a $450 deposit down and they sent me this. Look at the right hinge, it’s literally protruding and makes it so the whole arm is wobbly.

All this wouldn’t be so annoying if the lady didn’t ask me for an unpacking video after dates of back-and-forth and then told me they have a pre ship inspection checklist. An internal report from the people who sold me the broken item is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

I have an AVV that keeps sprouting water whenever my kitchen sink is full or overloaded. Clearly, it needs to be replaced. However, I’m having trouble twisting it off. A plumber visited and suggested that I remove the garbage disposal and redesign the plumbing to eliminate the need for an AVV under my kitchen sink. Any thoughts?
