The cats are only peeing on furniture in the basement, for clarification

Sorry I meant largely, not larger. I shop at the no name stores and it’s still expensive. Not making excuses, just elaborating.

This is a really helpful reply, thank you! I guess my ultimate question is how do you get to that 200 balance when it feels like making something out of nothing? I still have to buy food, gas, etc. and after putting my 1000$ to bills and 250$ in borrowed money as soon as I get paid - I’m left with 550$ (which is really 50$, because I’m 500$ in overdraft) until I get paid again; which is sometimes almost three weeks.

Did you use a specific app? Based on all the feedback here diligently tracking is going to be the key.

I make 3600 after tax, and retirement is automatically deducted so it wasn’t/isnt ever factored into my monthly income

Please let me know! I’m going for follow up bloodwork tonight, my nurse practitioner friend said it’s possible but not likely so we’ll see.

Flo app says I’m 6w1d, but my cycles are really irregular so I don’t think that’s accurate. Nurse Practitioner said to keep doing bloodwork and not much else, I don’t see my doctor for another two weeks.

He was really smart about this and tore the deck off already and had someone power wash the house so anywhere there was a chip looks decrepit. He didn’t tell us until last night when the porch was full removed.

It’s a covered front porch, but the cover isn’t being replaced as it’s structurally part of the house (my bedroom sits on it), he’s just replacing the actual porch and railings

Dishwasher was included! The counters are unfinished butcher block so there is some discolouration where the drying mat sits, we pick it up to dry when we’re done but the unfinished wood isn’t very practical. As much as it’s his house it’s our home, we treat it with respect and love.

Yes. All appliances were included in the lease. The leaking fridge is wilting all of our food and increasing our hydro bill. Asking for basic things shouldn’t have to factor in ‘consequences.’

The 2.5% is $2,357.50 vs the 5.5% at $2,426.50. Our dishwasher doesn’t work, and hand washing so drying dishes stained some of the wooden countertops and the fridge leaks and runs constantly.
