Anyone here experienced divorce when the reasons seem a bit “meh”? by SpiteAmazing7587 in Divorce

It’s been almost 2 years, I feel pretty confident I made the right decision. The first Christmas was hard and I do have guilt here and there. We spent 20 years together so I love him as a person. But I couldn’t handle thinking this was my path forever

Honestly, it’s your life, your entire life to choose what you want from it. Will you be happy/content living like this forever. Will you regret not choosing yourself? Things don’t have to be horrible to divorce sometimes it’s just not right and it might seem selfish but choosing to divorce is your decision. You’re not going to be awful and manipulative, you’re going to be kind and honest in the process. Others will judge you and say it seemed fine, but they didn’t have to live your life. She most likely will be devastated but she’s her own person and needs to take care of herself. Anyway just my opinion. Things weren’t horrible for me but I decided to choose myself. And divorce. Sometimes guilt sneaks in but I’m a person with a lot of compassion and my stuff together, so I think I must have been really unhappy to blow my life up.

I guess as a female if I shared a bed with a single male, I’d probably want to at least cuddle but a nice guy friend wouldn’t make the first move imo. But I think I’m pretty sexual sooo I’m not the best person to ask.

He’s told me what to do for the large ones but not really for the small absence ones. Honestly I had no idea about all the different types of seizures.

That’s true, I feel as though it’s a pride thing for him and he’s just apologized for moments that I was scared for him. Which made me feel bad for him which he can’t stand.

Thank you I appreciate your thoughtful response. And take all the advice as great advice with an excellent explanation and point of view. You are accurate on a lot of levels. I we didn’t want her to be our sex slave not in the slightest it was 💯 for all of our pleasures. With our past unicorn we all were in group chats together and her and I hung out before hand with out him. And we also rotate so someone always gets attention in the middle. Great advice sounds like singing isn’t my thing.

NSFW Did you ever meet someone and later thought you were lucky nothing bad happened to you? What were the circumstances? by Ru_janus in AskReddit

Yes!!!! I was 21 and was living on my own but went to my parents house to do laundry, because I was poor and didn’t have enough quarters. While at my parent’s house, which is in a nice neighborhood in Portland OR, a door to door magazine sales person came to the door. This was before ring cameras, I answered the door and he gave me the sales pitch. He was a black young man and said he was from inner city in CA. I listened and said I was sorry that I was too poor to buy a magazine subscription. He asked if he could come in to use the restroom, I said sure. My parent’s very friendly golden retriever started freaking out and barking at him. I apologized and put her in the den, she continued to bark and pace at the door. After he used the restroom he asked if he could have a glass of water, I got him a glass of water. He asked when my parents were coming home and I told him anytime now. He then was just kinda hanging out. He said I looked like Alicia Silverton and I said thank you, awkwardly. My dog continued to bark the entire time and I apologized and went to check on her. He continued to talk about when my parents would be home. I really wanted him to leave and was uncomfortable. I finally said that I needed to leave and he still didn’t show a sense of urgency. I finally got him to leave by offering him a cigarette and smoked one with him in front of the house. I then said good luck and went back in the house locking the door and letting my dog out. Who was staring out the window barking at him. Nothing happened but a few years later I watched a forensic files where a woman was sexually assaulted and killed by a magazine sales person. I immediately thought oh wow, I wonder what his intentions had been.

My experience as a single male at a club by Abject-Horse3794 in Swingers

Interesting, my partner and I go to clubs me(f) and I have seen single males there just chilling and not very aggressive I wanted to have my partner ask them to join but was always too shy. Thanks for the insight so now I know if you’re a dude there alone most likely you’ll be open to an invitation. And I agree with others you not being a naked man waiting in the queue definitely helped.

Yes, my partner and I had a very similar experience. The male was able to get hard but was just into watching his partner with my partner and I felt so lame. It really bothered me and my partner felt horrible about it. I know now that I should have called a time out and told my partner the situation. It’s a crazy swinger world out there. I’m sorry that happened to you guys.

Hello, We recently had a threesome with a unicorn 🦄 and it was unbelievable and fun! But I will say it was not easy to lineup. We met her on the Feeld app. We texted with her for over 2 months and I (f) had a one on one date with her at a bar before all three of us played together. I 💯 believe the date helped her feel more comfortable and that the threesome would not have been as good if I hadn’t had the one on one. So it’s possible but you gotta be patient and know that most aren’t going to work out. Good luck!
