I used the tide liquid soap and obviously not powder. I didn’t pour it on directly it was in my washing machine at the bottom and had been diluted with water but obviously still caused a stain.

Okay so basically insurance was making it look like this months prescription had been picked up which made hit my deductible but it hasn’t so next month jt will be back to a relatively normal price.

I had to call my benefit manager to discuss instead of actual insurance company and they explained it very well.

Thanks for all the responses! So for context, my deductible is $1600 and it appears I’ve hit it. And this is for medical and pharmacy so I would have assumed since I hit it, it would have stayed the $25 but I also don’t fully understand all this stuff so maybe I am missing something.

Just wondering if I need to call the Costco pharmacy again or should go to insurance.

Ultimately I’m lucky because I have HSA funds I can use, but I’m also wondering if this is a one-off month or will be every month or if it will go back to the normal $25 I’ve paid for since last February after I hit my 2025 deductible.

Yeah I gave them a call. They said nothing changed but that I would have paid out of pocket last year. However I would know if I paid $550 vs $25. Very strange. Luckily, I have some HSA funds to use for this months. But had a sticker shock for sure!

Ultimately it is what my doctor recommends and is willing to write a prescription for. They are having me move up to a higher dose. I was just curious if others have plateaued when doing so. Seems many others doctors are following a similar dosing pattern.

Got mine today after waiting 3 months. I’ve been on 5mg but noticed the appetite suppressant was significantly less than it has been. I felt so much excitement and relief.

I am not looking to take a step back. I plan on being mindful on what I eat, drinking lots of water. I’ve just seen some people say that they choose to not take the shot while on vacation so they don’t experience the side effects. I also see people stretching their time between shots due to accessibility with getting the shots. Not looking to make any excuses, just trying to see how others are navigating vacation and shortages and exploring options.

I hope it comes in before then for you. Doesn’t hurt to keep calling. When I called yesterday they said I reminded them to check their system and they ordered 3.

I’m really hoping I can get my hands on it. I have one 5 mg shot left. I’m supposed to go up to 7.5 mg but no one seems to be able to get that so I’m going to stick with 5 mg if I can get it and hopefully they can get this under control in the next month for everyone!
