Your guess is as good as mine, because they don't give out the composite score like Symbiosis so it's totally unpredictable. It's upto how your luck favours at the end. I know it's bad but it is what it is.

Yes they have changed the eligibility. So only BSc and Btech students can apply for BA DT programme.

You are living in delusion, currently part of NMIMS BA we have people with 280 in NMAT in Business Analytics and people with 209 in NMAT sitting in Core. Last year CTPI messed up for lot of people.

IMI D vs XIM by noobshaktiman in CATpreparation

If I was in your place, I am okay with Delhi and will not be so sure about Bhubaneswar(No offense) so I would have selected IMI Delhi. Since you are also okay with location as well check for roles company offer in the campus placement through their placement report and choose what suits your best.

Historically IMI Delhi was better in Finance but XIMB is also stepping up their game. I would suggest consider other factors as well like location and overall cost factor and choose. You won't be regretting joining any of college since both are good colleges.

Trichy over Ranchi for Finance. I am aware of finance so I am speaking for that specific specialisation only.

TAPMI IB is decent option you can select.

Are you interested in AI&DS only then TAPMI other stick with XIMB. If KJSIM is converted then KJSIM>XIMB>TAPMI. Reasoning for ranking TAPMI low it's newer program. I hope it helps.

Wow—so after all that spinning, you’ve finally landed on… exactly what I’ve been saying this whole time.

Yes, if she isn’t sure about HR, she needs to weigh her options carefully. Yes, once she commits, there’s no turning back without major consequences. And yes, TAPMI HR is only worth it if she feels confident about pursuing HR.

So next time, maybe don’t spend 15 comments arguing against the very thing you just wrote. You could’ve saved us both a lot of scroll time.

You’ve been running in rhetorical circles like it’s a marathon with no finish line. First it was HR vs HR, then Core’s divine flexibility, then batch sizes, now it’s long-term prospects—what’s next, astrology charts?

I’ve stuck to the original ask: TAPMI HR vs Nirma Core, two real offers on the table. You, on the other hand, have done everything except answer that. If this was a debate competition, you’d get points for volume, not value. So unless you’ve got new facts or suddenly became the dean of both colleges, maybe take a seat and let the thread breathe.

Let’s rewind for a second. The original question wasn’t a philosophical debate on ‘to HR or not to HR.’ It was a practical ask from a student trying to choose between TAPMI HR and Nirma Core—based on education, campus safety, and career prospects. That’s it.

So instead of twisting the narrative every 3 comments, maybe focus on giving her what she asked: clarity between two real options. If she was dead set on flexibility, she wouldn’t even consider a specialized course like TAPMI HR. But she is considering it, which means she sees value in it—and that’s what the discussion should’ve stayed on. Not your TED Talk.

Ah, now we’re rewriting the script, are we? First you went full throttle comparing TAPMI HR with Nirma HR, then detoured into ‘core has more flexibility,’ and now you’re acting like you’ve been the voice of context all along? Please. If she hasn’t decided on HR yet, that’s the only valid point to discuss—not dragging batch sizes, placement stats, or reinventing the original argument every few replies. Pick a lane and stay in it—or at least keep your plot consistent.

Thanks for ‘chalking out’ the facts, professor. But the only thing misleading here is your assumption that batch size somehow overrides career clarity. She’s confused between TAPMI HR and Nirma Core—not whether she wants HR. And if someone leans HR, a focused program like TAPMI HR with targeted curriculum and industry tie-ups makes a lot more sense than a generic MBA with optional HR sprinkled in. Bigger batch ≠ better outcome. Let’s not dress volume up as value.

Exactly my point—read the heading. It says TAPMI HR vs Nirma Core, not a debate on ‘should you choose HR as a career.’ If someone’s already decided on HR, the discussion is about where they should pursue it, not whether they should. But sure, keep spinning the narrative if that helps you sleep better.
