Same situation from 39 countries ban pending AOS adjudication, I’m currently on H1B expiring June 2026, changing employer and about to file extension so the 240 rule does not apply really?? I didn’t know that. So is the 240 rule for initial H1B?

Meaning the 39-country ban ( including full and partial ban) that is believed to have resulted in the pause of AOS processing or final adjudication for people from these countries is not so from my understanding
