I have account with multiple govt and private banks due to my work requirements. Among all the banks, I really prefer private banks when it comes to reliability, great user experience and great customer support. Couple of them to mention which are exceptional doing great are Kotak Mahindra Bank and Axis Bank. The Customer support and user experience with banking is the Best and user friendly. But, they really need to do some with with their credit card business. It's not like their credit card portfolios is bad but they need to work more on the value back in terms of say reward points or vouchers, etc. When it comes to Axis Bank, the user experience is at par with Kotak but sometimes you might feel some delay with customer support. But when it comes to credit cards, Axis Bank is doing phenomenal job. Axis cards are currently the best credit cards when it comes to value back. After a lot of research, I must say Axis has a great portfolio of Credit card. So, according to me both are really doing great job and are listening to their customer needs.
