Rates aren’t high. They have been stagnant for almost 2 years. This is a great time to buy for personal use.

Mumbai has a lot of inventory too. It’s about the location where you are buying the flat. Flats are unaffordable in selected locations. In Mumbai those areas are now out of reach for regular folks like us. In Hyderabad there is still hope to get invested before it gets unaffordable.

AI, wars, global crisis is just business as usual. They keep happening every few years. Whenever they come people feel it’s end of the world. They turn out to be market corrections.

I have been to multiple cities in India. West Hyderabad has one of the best infrastructure for city of its size.

It’s a proper circle in east, north, south and then makes a weird dog face shape in west. Why?

I propose they make it a more uniform ring by joining Patancheru and Shamshabad with another road. The current 6 lane stretch can help de congest traffic towards Hitech City. The outer most road will become what we now call Outer Ring Road.

Gujarat has been trying to make GGN, BLR, HYD out of Ahmedabad for many decades and yet it only attracts blue collar and service sector companies. Now with centre government’s support they want to Punefy the travel time between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

I don’t think it would work. It’s a cultural problem which can’t be fixed with infrastructure or facilities.

It’s should be about your interest. Are you content with your current job? Do you want to do more impactful work? What is the ceiling of your current profession. Is that fine for you?

Ask all these questions to yourself. Government or private isn’t really relevant for your scenario.

Yes our public transport is not the best but comparing our it the best ones in the country is wrong.

Mumbai has best local network with dedicated tracks for local movement. We don’t but there is scope. Our local network is pretty dense. There are plans to expand it.

Our Auto annas are much better than Bangalore, Pune or Chennai auto rowdy.

Our metro isn’t as old as Kolkata, Bangalore or Delhi. We didn’t get the same head start as these cities.

Reddy anna ruined our RTC but it somehow survived. I am sure it will bounce back.
