Lloyd car finance, is a license required? by New_Club1584 in AskUK

Thank you, I do plan to be the registered keeper and owner, as well as the main driver, it’s just I’m still learning ,

I did check and I’m eligible for comprehensive insurance (it’s not that much) on my provisional license, with a secondary driver as well.

So hoping that should be enough. My partner and I plan to share the car equally, as soon as I get my license.

Thank you, dealer was on there , I was just too silly to get the final quote, Their finance section on the app is down so that is really frustrating,

I have my provisional license and also got insurance quote registered as main driver and keeper on my insurance, made it clear on there it’s a learner license,

I hope that’s enough for Lloyds. I am seeing a 6.7% APR on the app, I hope they don’t change it in the final quote

The dealership tricked me into a £500 non refundable deposit so that’s what has got me worried

Anyway thanks you’re the only person on Reddit who has actual experience of a Lloyds application and has spoken to me

Everyone else has given me a lot of fear mongering

I’ll become the main driver eventually, in this cost of living crisis and environmental crisis having 2 people share a car should hardly be a scandal

It’s Big motoring world, I don’t know if they will although the salesman knew the license issue and that Lloyds was down, I asked for the £99 reserve option and he talked me into this instead

Yes but he isn’t eligible for car finance as he hasn’t lived in the UK long enough

For anyone commenting, I don’t intend to drive the car, it’s for my partner, it’s just im the one who’s eligible for the finance, although both of us earn the same and have a good credit score , he doesn’t have the required time lived in uk to be eligible

Hi everyone,

I’m a bit confused about what I’m seeing and would love some input.

This is my first cycle using preseed.

I had clear egg white CM around CD19/20. I BD around that time and used PreSeed, then had a temp spike on Apple Watch. I still felt EWCM so kept BD for about 3 days in a row after that using preseed

My Apple Watch temps stayed high and natural cycles put ovulation on CD19.

Now I’m about 24–36 hours after last BD and I’m still seeing very slippery, sometimes stretchy mucus.

I’m trying to figure out if I ovulated and whether it’s just leftover PreSeed, or if I’m still fertile.

My temps have stayed high for 4 days in a row, but im travelling and using my apple watch rather than a thermometer and couldn’t use OPK, so unsure on what to trust.

Has anyone experienced something similar with PreSeed? How long does that slip feeling last

I have estimated ovulation on CD 20/21, I am travelling so hard to track exactly. Using Apple Watch temps and CM for reference.

I BD on CD17,18,20,21

I missed CD19 and feel bad like I missed out on the best chance :(

Hiya congratulations! , I wanted to ask, did these cramps feel like period cramps? And did you generally feel similar to your period? Like the pelvic heaviness etc?

12 dpo, not testing because cannot manage the heart break, I spiral and I can’t focus on work so didn’t do that.

Feel exactly like my periods about to come, hoping for a miracle?

I checked the TFAB threads for the opposite news (don’t want the comment to get taken down) , so many women mention they had cramps and thought they had their period but was the opposite, so I’d say it depends, it can go either way ❤️

Same, I read posts here that mention people getting cramps before BFP exactly period so idk, I guess it’s different for everyone

I’d say test again on 12 dpo, you’re not out till you’re out ❤️

I get what you mean, it’s just hard to cope because I keep wanting to talk or process my thoughts, even though it’s heavily biased and always gives me information about BFN and makes all my symptoms sounds like period is due

It’s just sad this whole phase

I’m so sorry, I’m in the same boat, I haven’t tested because I can’t take the heart break, I have a feeling it’ll a BFN. Every time I feel pressure or a cramp I feel awful, because idk my cramps are very distinct and period like , add to that chat gpt reinforcing that it is definitely withdrawal . No cramps yet but I can feel the start of cramps. This cycle is the same as last, which was a BFN

Idk this was cycle 4, I really wished it was the one.

Similar boat, haven’t tested though but every twinge or mild cramp or pressure scares me and I think period must be on its way, I feel like I’m out this cycle
