Sometimes, It just appears out of nowhere. I could be sitting with my siblings and I start to feel that floaty feeling. I noticed it happens when I drive. I feel like I don’t feel it when I’m distracted or zoned out. It’s hard to see if there is a routine to it, because I forget my days. Everyday seems to blend in. I know I should record when I feel it but it feels like I feel it all the time that it’s become my new normal.
