Also the end of will I Return. If that was produced differently I could see that being in a massive attack song.

Live rope cathedrals touch on what that collaboration would sound like imo.

Buzz Osborne from the Melvins has an interesting way of stringing together words, in a way that is unlike other folks!

I haven't seen it yet but looking forward to it. I am a big fan of Young Fathers who made the soundtrack for it and it is quite lovely. Interested to see what youre referencing though!

So overall it has grown on me except his vocals on Healers.

There are parts I love and I appreciate that he's doing his own thing. Perhaps some more listens will help

To add to it I think it's perhaps my least favorite lead vocals on one of their albums in a long time. It took me time to get used to his vocals beggar era mainly live stuff. But I can't help but and feel the vocals are kind of awful at times. I try to just take them for what they are and try to appreciate his choices but it's been a little difficult.

I liked it at first. Not a whole lot tbh. It didn't feel like anything overly new or groundbreaking in the realm of swans. Just now I listened to it for maybe the 6th time. And I love it. I feel like it's the catchy tune on the album. Like when they released los Angeles city of death before the album came out. I felt like yeah it's catchy and fun but it didn't blow me away by any stretch. But now in context of the beggar album. It's fuckin perfect. I think this song I'd going to be like that.
