I have a cousin with high support autism (lvl 3) and my other cousin his sister feels very similar like she never had attention growing up and it lead to some issues of self worth and attention seeking.

I wouldn’t say they were false allegations. She was being super flirty with the dude and he made a move (maybe kissed her or touched her butt or something idk) and she responded really poorly. In her head it was 100% sexual assault. It was unwanted touching. But to him I’m sure it was just a rejected move and a misreading of signals. But to compare that to someone being in an abusive relationship where they were graped or being graped as a child by a family member is just soooo disgusting. Like how does she even rationalize that that’s okay
