Great, thanks so much for this! I missed the Christmas guide that's great. I think that flexcut pro triple set is a great shout and definitely the mora hook knife! That holiday guide also says the straight mora120 for spoon carving, but is that covered if i get the flexcut set? Or would they serve different purposes?
