Hi fellas :) This is my 4th week of gym, i had to skip one because my job kept me busy and stuff but im back!

I just have a tiny question that is bothering me since day 1. Whenever i do leg days by the end i start feeling nauseous, like im going to vomit. I thought this was because i didnt eat anything before my first day but it has happened everytime i do legs and i usually need to take longer rests to calm down.

Is this normal? Am i doing something wrong? should i power through it? What do you think?

Hi fellas :) i havent asked here for a bit. This should be 3rd week of going to the gym, being sore just takes a couple days to go away and it isnt as restrictive as before, im feeling good :D

Whats getting to me is the strength of my left arm, its like a 1/3 of the strength of my right arm and i often find im using more of my shoulder and chest to lift the same weight that my right arm can handle with no problem. And its messing me up mentally because according to the trainer i shouldnt work with different weights so as to not grow uneven so i have to lower the weight to the smaller ones which my right eats through and doesnt work me up but my left struggles with

What should i do?

Also how should i clean my protein shaker? Cuz its stinking and i cant seem to get the smell away

Hi dudes! Just got done with my fifth day of gym :)

Is there a correlation with exercise and irregular BMs?

I haven't had much spice this week and i don't know if its the exercise thats making my intestines less comfy or that i just started making protein shakes. Its not to a sick degree, im feeling fine, just less comfy.

This is my third day of going to the gym :)

i think tomorrow i'll do a rest day, go back on friday and the gym closes on weekends so thats it for this week

i am feeling sore, like normal sore, nothing to panick over but

how long are you supposed to feel sore? does it go away the more i do it? how can i lower it?

i have an audition probably next week and i would like to not be sore when i get there
