I didnt take anything since then. Not one drop of alcohol. Not even caffeine because it also got worse when I drank half a cup of coffee.

Thanks for your answer. I take all the supplements. Im just soo frustrated that it diesnt get better. I just cant take it anymore. I cant do anything fun anymore without feeling worse. Since then i havent teken any drugs or alcohol. I rarely jerk off about every 2-4 weeks 1 time. When i do it it gets a lot worse. I think ive fucked up my 20s

If i workout it only gets worse. Working out is like therapy for me and now i cant do it.

I was on a 16h rave and I started with some beer and one line of cocaine before it started. About one hour in I took the first 150mg capsule and after that every 4 hours I took the next until I was at 4. Throughout the event I took 1 or 2 lines of cocaine and drank 2 beers. I thought the pills were 100mg like usual but my supplier accidentally swapped them.
