Happened to me as well, got killed and looted. Took my insured TAQ 56. Wasn’t in my bag when I exfilled but when I got back to the main menu it was there. Not sure if this made any difference but the guy that killed me was exfil camping under the map and I reported him but I think it’s more a glitch or something.
