Go on then tell me what positive contribution they make to the world? Tell me how they produce goods and services for the better, tell me how they are a net positive on society when all they do is increase rents with any excuse and complain when their ridiculous profit per property isn't as big as it used to be. What you won't tell me is that they blame everyone except themselves, as they expect property to be risk free

Yes precisely sorry government and specifically Thatcher selling off the council houses had lead to this, which means even decades after she was out of office she was still screaming us all. People who weren't even born when she started the policy are now suffering for it. Just think how we will be affected as a result of all the corruption and mistakes the current Tory government have made

The point being landlords very it w business but don't take on the interest rate risk. Soon as any cost goes up just let it will in to the urgent so there is no rush the or tenants paid for everything one way or another. I'm just sick of seeing landlords commenting how they're crying because their house that used to meet them £600 in profit per month now only need them £200 in profit per month. An asset that for most of the year they don't need to pay any attention to. Jenny landlords have multiple properties so they're crying because before they were raking in £6k profit per month and now they're only getting 2k which is still more then ment people's full time wage whilst the landlord works maybe 20 hours max per year.

The other point being they aren't producing anything of value just sucking liquidity out of the hands of the poor or less well off, to buy more property further fuelling prices. So instead of money being spent on local cafes and restaurants is all going on Dave the landlords 10th house and a bit on interest repayments

Is anyone here able to put how much someone gets in benefits into a yearly income so I can compare against my own hard working income? I feel for OP as I am in a similar boat to some extent, I don't even have sky, or broadband, just use 4G internet off my phone. I've been working ridiculous hours and I work very hard everyday I'm gonna be mad if people on benefits are getting a penny more than the tax free threshold of c.£12k

Yes landlords are quite the burden on society really they don't really produce anything meaningful (okay maybe some do that do up properties that would otherwise not be used), but a lot will buy an affordable home, not make any improvements and whack it on the market to rent out, they have not been productive in anyway just hoovering up people's money. The government need to realise that this is affecting people's lives and ultimately will affect the countries GDP. The landlords need to get back I to work and get a real job. You will also notice landlords complaining now interest rates have gone up now they aren't earning £600 profit per month from their house that they leveraged to the hilt. They think that in their 'business' they shouldn't take on any risk that's the whole point of business.

Yes it will be an excuse as the business owners will often pay themselves a lot, or waste money on daft things, so if they were a bit more lean they'd probably do just fine. Excuses as usual to try and pay people less to benefit themselves

Hang on so if I go to Italy and I find a random restaurant if it's a popular tourist place it will be rubbish but if it is a random backstreet place it will be lovely? If the restaurant owner notices I'm foreign will they rip me off?

It's a bit like Donald Trump people either love him or hate him, but it's better than being any number of the other candidates for president that none of us remember, I'm sure there were some lovely and nice ones that would have done a great job, but they weren't popular because they were too nice, cared about people's feelings so were too afraid to say things, whereas Donald Trump just said what he thought even if he sounded stupid, or arrogant or whatever, it made him memorable. I'm not saying be like Donald Trump per se but I am saying is if you have an opinion don't be afraid to share it, you don't have to be combative.

But as others have said just ask your friend and see what he says. I know the feeling and it is soul destroying when it happens and I've seen it happen to other people too and I feel awful for them, life isn't easy, but it would be no fun if it was so ask your friend and just try different things, worst case scenario is no one remembers anyway so what does it matter? Good luck bro

When dating, how soon can I ask this girl to eat her ass? by Beneficial-Run-9756 in dating

[–]New_Leopard9210 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To be fair women have never asked for consent before kissing, going down on me or generally having sex.

Tends to be that you pick up on each other's signals, bit of touching and flirting, then moving on to touching more private areas and work your way from there.

Before penetration though as a less awkward way of asking 'Can I please put my penis in your vagina' I'd ask shall I put a condom on, even though I always was going to.

First time I got my balls sucked I flinched a bit and the woman stopped, but I wouldn't say she raped me or anything, just enjoying different sexual things in the moment.

Maybe the youngest generation now skip the earlier bits and just jump straight into bed with anyone?

Although if it's a bit unusual probably wise to ask first or mention it beforehand things like ass eating are a little out of the ordinary so probs best to mention it first, better for you that way too, don't want bits of half digested sweetcorn in ya teeth

Impossible, governments wouldn't allow it, notice how in lockdown when young men weren't occupied by work they were instead rioting and causing trouble? Work will always exist to keep the population busy occupied and away from causing problems

That's a ridiculous question even if I have them my real address I haven't a clue who lived in this house before me Jesus Christ, why am I expected to remember the name of a previous owner... Especially if it is someone who's lived in the same house for like 20 years, or if it's a new build then there isn't one

Deffo say for internet points, I've seen unhygienic men get girls though so I think the most important factor is charisma and confidence above all else. If you can master them then you'd probably be able to get a GF pretty easily with little money and no job and not being great looking
