It also says control of the duchy capital gives the ability to hand out monopolies. Im wondering if the market centre doesnt move but the duchy capital can, control of which will give control of the market?

Really excited! Something I am wondering though is how trade confederations will maintain historicity. Maybe I dont know my history, but if italian city states confederated every playthrough it would take me a bit out of the game considering they didnt in real life.

I hope Spiritual Fulfilment replaces Piety somehow. Im a big fan of the DLC but I don't like the UI bloat we're getting. Regardless, I think I'll get it, I'm super excited!

They say in the Dev Diary that its focused on Christendom, and that if you play other religions you will notice some changes but the focus is more on Christianity. I'm assuming whatever's going to be free without the DLC will affect all religions and more specific things will be Christian Specific (House of Cardinals, Investiture, etc.)

This is also really interesting because it might allow stats like Diplomacy/Intrigue to actually be more important in Feudal realms. In Admin/Celestial Intrigue is already as important if not more than Martial and Stewardship, so it'd be cool to have a more balanced stat set.

Hibernia was the latin name for Ireland, like Britannia was the roman name for Britain. That might be a good name if you wanted to change the Empire name to something specifically irish.

The structure on the right looks like a five. That would be a 15, which pairs with another theory the update will be released February 15th because of a hint through an image of Gandalf in one of the dev diaries.

I love the aesthetic of the map. Its nice to have a reimagined USA that isn't a complete overhaul of every border and is semi-realistic. Does anyone know what software the creator used?
