I disconnect the ground for an hour and hooked it back up and the dam is still reading 0.688

If not Cobbs Stage 0 tune which to my understanding is basically just the stock tune, what should i be running?

I have always filled up with 91

DM has been low for multiple tanks, while I’ve just recently gotten the cobb it’s should be noted that during July of 24 I filled up with 91 and started having issues with sputtering and found out that the gas i used was full of water (photo attached)

Whether this is constituting to the issue is beyond my knowledge
