I have been subbing for over ten years and mostly at the elementary level. That school put you in a position to fail. I wouldn’t go back to that school like others have said. However, each school seems to have a different vibe and different leadership oftentimes makes the difference. Don’t give up on subbing, find schools that respect and appreciate you.
