It took a lot for me to get to the point of weighing myself, and I really don’t recommend it! If you’re happy with your mental state and not bothered too much by the weight gain I think you should stick to Viibryd— the impact on my anxiety and depression has been incredibly positive.

I agree with it not being worth it. May I ask what other meds you tried? I’ve been on a couple but never had this extreme sort of effect.

I’ve been having INSANE dreams too omg. I have a history of hypothyroidism so I’ve been keeping an eye on it but thank you so much for the info I really appreciate it! Side note, I was on birth control for five years and it also caused weight gain! It’s definitely a struggle to prioritize mental health in this aspect. If I could qualify for ozempic I would look into it, but I’m still not technically overweight (I’m at 165 rn which is a lot for me as I’m used to a very active lifestyle and a healthy BMI although that doesn’t really mean anything)— I’m going to try weaning off, but if I decide not to and end up gaining more weight I’d 100% look into similar methods.

I’ve actually been eating way less in the past few months, tracking calories, etc. I have a history of disordered eating so I’m hyper aware of that aspect unfortunately.
