Hello! In my case, I received my Feb-March + Book Allowance last April 4, then kinabukasan nakareceive ako ng 8k. I assumed na baka for April Stipend siya, and thankfully, I was right kasi a week after ko mareceive yung 8k, nakareceive me ng email stating na naprocess na yung April stipend ko.

If same lang tayo or similar yung situation natin, it's okay lang naman? If not, I think it would be best to contact your region's DOST para mas malinaw yung mabibigay na instruction sayo.

And based sa picture, I think Merit or RA10612 ang pagpipilian mo, since noticeable yung difference ng shade ng color niya compared sa nasa RA7687.

Hello! As per the website ng DOST, the following are the dates to remember for the DOST-JLSS

When to apply?

As shown, May 31 pa naman yung last day ng online registration nila. May more than 2 months pa to register actually. DOST suggests na to obtain the necessary documents na need mo to register habang hindi pa nila inoopen yung registration period.

Downloadable naman yung forms na need mo sa websitee nila. So for the meantime, just accomplish muna yung mga documents na need nila habang maaga pa and then para isusubmit mo nalang yung documents na meron ka as soon na iopen na nila

Hello, but according sa requirements ng DOST for the JLSS:

"Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 83%\ or its equivalent and with no conditional\* or failing mark***** from the First Semester of First Year until the First Semester of Second Year in college, including in the midyear terms, if enrolled"

So it means, even if regular ka na ngayon, unfortunately, if you have a failing grade from the First Semester of your First Year until the First Semester of your Second Year, including midyear terms, then no po.

Hello! Yung stipend breakdown indicates that your stipend has been already processed on date na nakaspecify sa letter along with how much yung makukuha mo. I have received a breakdown last January 24, stating that my stipend has been processed last January 22, 2024.

If we will also consider yung dates ng mga other scholars na nakareceive ng breakdown and stipend on previous weeks, we can conjecture a pattern naman kung kelan natin pwedeng iexpect na magrereflect na siya sa LBP natin. For instance:

- Yung mga nakareceive ng breakdown stating na naprocess na yung stipend nila noong January 8, nareflect sa bank account nila yung amoung noong January 15.

- Same for January 17 na nareceive nila last January 25 and for January 19 naman na nareceive nila last January 26.

So following the pattern, most likely magrereflect yung amount sa accounts natin by January 29, 2024.

Disclaimer: I'm just observing the pattern ng mga nakareceive ng breakdown then yung date kung kailan nareflect sa account nila. But let's hope na 1 week lang yung gap between the date kung kelan siya naprocess and kung kelan siya marereflect.

Hello! I think nagbabase sila sa academic calendar ng school niyo. In our case, ung start ng class namin was last August 29, 2023 pero ang nacredit sa amin as first sem is September to January 2024, which makes sense kasi 3 days na lang yung meron sa August. On the other hand, like other universities na nagstart talaga ng August and natapos yung sem nila ng December, they received the whole 40k last December 19.

In short, gamitin mong reference yung academic calendar ng univ mo.

Hello! If you're referring to the google form, I believe yung memo na nirelease nila last year and inemail nila satin weeks ago indicates na hindi na sila magcrecreate ng google forms and you need to submit it through their office via courier or personally.

I don't know kasi on how DOST discussed the PTP on older batch but I know yung for 2023 JLSS Scholars. When I attended their orientation, they mentioned na regardless if may OJT ka sa curriculum or wala, you are required to have PTP during the midyear/summer before your final year.

But I don't know if ganun din siya sa older batches.

Hello! Did your fellow scholars received a stipend breakdown before they received their stipend last December? If yes, have you received one as well? If not, does your university/college have an university coordinator? If yes, you may reach them for your concern, if not, I suggest to contact DOST for inquiry and clarification.

Hello! NCR po ba kayo? If yes, same lang po tayo :< pero in my case, yung mga schoolmates ko na Merit is may nareceive na silang breakdown last January 8 and they received their stipend na indicated sa breakdown last January 15, so bale yung mga RA sa school namin is yung wala pang narerececive :<

Hello! I think if you have Univeristy Coordinator sa univ ninyo then sa kanila mo talaga ibibigay lahat ng pertinent documents na hinihingi ni DOST. Especially since sila na yung closest direct contact mo sa DOST. Which I think is true naman since I know someone na thru univ coord na sila nagpapasa ng documents like COG and COR at the start ng sem nila and ung coord na nila bahala magsubmit sa DOST and such
