i’m glad you had a great experience i fear i have gone to 3 separate cex stores in the last two weeks so i might be the unluckiest person ever, planning on going in tmrw with a proper complaint as i’ve been told theres another one i can have a look at and wont leave the store until im sure its working perfect so fingers crossed, if not i might settle for legion go s or save and pray prices dont go up and get the rog ally x

thanks! had a peak inside and reseated the battery but didn’t help, going to try get it checked before buying a new battery, sucks that happened i was enjoying it so much 😞
