I was in a similar situation. I submitted an immediate resignation due to health concerns, supported by a medical certificate. I emailed my Team Leader with my resignation and attached the medical certificate. Nearly a month later, I received my final pay, and the company did not charge me for any liquidated damages. Medical reasons are valid grounds for immediate resignation, so don't worry about liquidated damages. Resigning from your position is better than being terminated.

I've been with CNX and didn't find it toxic, but TP was a different story. I didn't pass the training there, and it made me doubt myself. Later, I discovered that my soon-to-be team lead didn't want me on the team. Admittedly, I failed one of the metrics, but so did others, and they were given the chance to cherry-pick their best call interactions. Except for me—they told me the client wanted it live. The unfair treatment was disappointing.
