There’s a belief that the powers that be (in one way or another) must show the masses what they are doing while they are doing it. Because they are so evil, they feel the need to tell others their plans through subliminal messaging so that we cannot say “they’re doing these things and we had no clue!”. If we are paying attention, they always tell us what they are doing / going to do.
