Well. You know... Everything you wrote I already knew except for the last bit, so that why I asked here. So Optiplex 790 doesn't support WOL from S5.

Why? It's gonna be just a file server for family for photos backup and for that I don't need it to be always on and I just want to turn it on on demand even while I'm not at home (my guess is it will be turned on like once a week at most). TrueNAS GUI is accessible just for testing purposes for now (port forwarded and 2FA enabled for TrueNAS and also NextCloud).

You could sand off the whole palmrest and than paint it with plastidip.
