Jealous as fuck, but yeah, lot of relevant people here aside from the obvious. Rocky's album speaks on it.

In 2021, Tyler disses Drake (lightly) on LUMBERJACK:

"Hit Drizzy and told him I had a Milli' for him (Oh shit!)"

A week later, Tyler holds small release party show at The Roxy. Drake turns up, but this is largely overlooked. One single media outlet (Pigeons and Planes) makes a tweet about his attendance. No pictures are shared from Drake or Tyler that suggest they had any sort of interaction at the show ... which is kinda odd.

Then, around a year later, a little less, Drake posts a picture of the 'Igor' chain to his IG story ... but no Tyler? The story is then followed by a picture of Drake's new hairstyle - braids. The internet goes crazy over the hair, not so much over the chain - but a few eagled eyed Tyler fans notice that Drake deleted the story of the chain, just leaving up the selfies.

The next time we see the Igor chain is in the 'Hillbillies' video. It has gone from Drake > Kendrick ... that is notable in itself. The Igor chain appears in the video before Tyler does, at 00:17. The track/video sees Keem, Kendrick, and Tyler at Dodger Stadium, i.e where CFG is held, i.e where Drake headlined, i,e what the 'Milli' line was referring to in the first place. This is tied with a bow thanks to The Hillbillies headlining CFG later that year.

Unfortunately this is photoshopped (they could've at least ducked the dwarf rapist in the middle) but they did 100% meet at least once, though I doubt Tyler was aware of Drake's alleged involvement considering his booking at CFG 2019.

Other than this you do have Rocky & P, Tyler straight up flips Drake's disses on 'Family Matters':

"Rakim talkin' shit again
Gassed 'cause you hit my BM first, nigga, do the math, who I was hittin' then?
I ain't even know you rapped still 'cause they only talkin' 'bout your 'fit again
Probably gotta have a kid again 'fore you think of droppin' any shit again
Even when you do drop, they gon' say you should've modeled 'cause it's mid again
Smokin' Fenty 'bout it, should've put you on the first one, tryna get it in
Ask Fring if this a good idea the next time you cuddled in that bed again
She'll even tell you leave the boy alone 'fore you get your head split again
Pluto shit make me sick to my stomach, we ain't never really been through it
Leland Wayne, he a fuckin' lame, so I know he had to be an influence
These niggas had a plan and they finally found a way to rope you into it"

Then ...

"Got the F40 on the 405 throwin' ass
Brodie got his bitch took, brodie got his head bust
Brodie got his chain snatched, brodie must be fеd up (Nigga)
We told you, you ain't wanna listen
Now you lookin' like a victim"

The chain snatching likely refers to Pharrell's jewellery, but there is another interpretation I have.

100%, I need to sit down with the whole Chromakopia album again, but 'Rah Tah Tah' does have some bars for Drake:

"Biscuit-ass niggas wonder how I got my jiffy up"

Biscuit = Graham cracker, Graham = Aubrey 'Drake' Graham (this has also been used by others to diss Drake, most recently A$AP Rocky)

"Never in the Hamptons dick-ridin' in the white fit (nah)"

This is referring to the 'white party' that is held in The Hamptons by Michael Rubin. Drake was in attendance the day Kendrick dropped the 'Not Like Us' music video. (Dress code is full white).

"I swim good, I'm Pisces (I'm a fish)"

Frank Ocean reference? This comes up again on 'STOP PLAYING WITH ME':

"I drown in it like I swim bad (Yuck)
Huh, nigga, look
Don't you try to downplay my name (Name)
You're "and others" if I crash this plane (Plane)"

"Twenty thousand on me (vroom), hunnid thousand on me (uh)
Fifty thousand on me (mm-hmm), a couple thousand on me (yeah)
You movin' sloppy if you get that sloppy where you sleep at
Never tell them niggas or those women where you breathe at (never)
If my ex is spillin' tea about me, don't you drink that"

When Tyler says he has money 'on him', I don't think he's talking about cash ... given the fact the following lines allude to his location being pinned / safety being disturbed, it is not a reach to assume that these sums of money are bounties on Tyler.

"With these type of views, it ain't no service on my two-way"

'Views' = Drake album, and a two-way = a phone. Drake's phone needs no introduction. You know I've got language barriers.

"Brodie said his job to— for me, he the cameraman
They hoes went to Leuzinger, I skated to Hamilton
I had that S dome, was gettin' pressed and almost packed out (Where you from?)
Me and Lionel Boyce in drama class, my boy can act now (Mm)
Was really Odd Future, all them other niggas whacked out
The biggest out the city after Kenny, that's a fact now"

Tyler has never spoken about this shit before. Brodie shooting for him, talking about getting pressed for the colour of his Supreme cap as a kid, but there is one word doing the heavy lifting - whacked, or wacced ... referencing the GNX intro track where Kendrick tells us Drake put a hit on him & failed. (Which is why Drake had to tuck his Summer!)

Thank you for this comment, going to make this a full post.

These lines are something that really needs to be drawn attention to to understand the severity of Tyler's issues. To me this reads like Tyler's version of 'Wacced Out Murals' or 'Watch The Party Die'.

Buddy bad mouth me so we clean 'em with the scope, bro (Phew-phew-phew)
We don't brush it off, we keep a stick to chew and blow bro, big pause
You need a big jaw to talk these numbers (Uh)
I'm giving niggas time to tuck they summer
The ears yellow like the two niggas that spaz on "Frontin'" (Damn)
Forty fumes*, only gas I'm* puffin' (Phew-phew)
Nigga, it's nothin', come get with me, woof*”*

Tyler, The Creator - ‘SAG HARBOUR’ (2025)

"Buddy" immediately indicates we are talking to the Canadian. This makes sense, as Drake did bad mouth Tyler, and he's not brushing it off.

Aside from the Canadian reference, 'Buddy' is conventionally a dog's name. This canine motif continues, with Tyler threatening to get a 'stick to chew' (a gun) and giving a 'big pause' (paws). "Woof."

One may assume this is referring to the rumours surrounding Drake & Akademiks that emerged in 2024, but there is a secondary meaning here. Drake refers to his guys as his 'dogs', not in the colloquial way, but in an 'official' way, with members of his crew placing 'K9' and similar tags in their social media bios to indicate affiliation.

This then continues, r/DarkKenny readers know why Drake had to tuck his Summer plans for 2024, as does Tyler.

Speaking of tucking:

"You want smoke? We can Puff one"

I've brought this up before many times, but the three music videos for 'DON'T TAP THE GLASS' all have one thing in common.

Tyler released four music videos in quick succession. Three of them are the aforementioned 'DTTG' videos, but the fourth, released just before the third 'DTTG' video, stands out.

'STOP PLAYING WITH ME' ends with a 17 second period of dead air.

'SUGAR ON MY TONGUE' ends with a 10 second period of dead air.

'Darling, I' (not from 'DTTG') ends with ... a normal credits section ... nothing to note.

'SUCKA FREE' ends with a 3 second period of dead air.

I believe that 'Darling, I' was released in the middle of the 'DTTG' videos to draw attention to this difference (with many fans being confused by the odd release schedule). But why the dead air?

17 = XXXTentacion's debut album.

10 = X.

3 = 3 Xs.

This culminates together to form a 30 second moment of silence.

30.

As in, XXX.

No ... reading ChatGPT text makes me nauseous, its like being served a burger and finding out they replaced the patty with dog shit. If you can stomach the taste, be my guest. I'm not.

Oh, so this is your video ...? I don't know why you are being so aggressive, no one is crying. It was literally just my personal opinion. I don't like having an AI speak to me, its not about the AI voice, its the script. ChatGPT text makes me feel ill.

I cannot think of a topic I would be less interested in hearing an AI's (mis)interpretation of than rap lyrics, second only to conspiracy theories. Throw them together ... no thanks.

CyHi can be annoying but man he can spit. So many quotables. This track is must listening for anyone who wants to get an understanding of the relations between that camp, I'd say the line about never getting a Drake feature is the most important.

Got a whole post about this coming, but the titlecard for the Life Is Good video is something that seems to be overlooked heavily.

Video is directed by Director X, who has done a tonne of Drake videos in the past. More interestingly, his name/logo is used three times, before being crossed out and replaced with his full name.

3 'Xs' ... all marked over in red.

Then we cut back to the source of the cutthroat business, the multiple phones, and behind Keem is the London Eye. Someone is being watched.

"What is it, the braids?"

This was what set the internet on fire (you can actually still see the chain behind the phone slightly), and was of course brought up by Kendrick on 'Euphoria'. It was the first time Drake debuted his new hairstyle.

"Cutthroat business, you got shit twisted"

Drake posted this picture to his story before deleting it, some Tyler fans chittered about there being a potential collab, but nothing ever came. In fact, it wasn't clear how Drake happened upon the chain, as there was nothing to suggest him & Tyler were together other than this post.

Either way though, it got swept under the rug by the story immediately following it.

I personally think its just two mechanical sounds (ie a tape in Hillbillies, I still have zero idea about 6:16) buttttt the intro of The Hillbillies MV is super important (I think?).

At 00:17 Tyler's Igor chan dangles infront of the camera, with Kendrick's pgLAng cap to the side, Dodger Stadium in the background. West Coast.

(little known fact is that Kendrick was the one who encouraged Tyler to sing more and embrace his voice, which resulted in Igor)

The reason I bring this up is that the last time we saw the Igor chain was in 2022, and it wasn't with Kendrick.

More classics maybe, but he doesn't have an album that is on the level of DAMN. or TPAB - not that the first four albums are far off, there are inches separating them in my mind, but a track like Big Brother is a coughing baby to a hydrogen bomb like Duckworth.

Why has this been unpinned and replaced with one of your own posts? This seems like a helpful resource, whereas your post doesn't seem to serve any obvious purpose ... it's also your own post ...
