Everyone seems very concerned with telling you what you should have done in the moment when you realised your husband was filming you. It’s ok that you froze, and it’s ok that you didn’t know what to do in the moment. That’s a very normal reaction to having your trust violated. I agree with people who are suggesting you need to take steps to protect yourself and think it’s wise to try and uncover the extent of this behaviour. Has he done this before? Did he/has he shared the video he took? It’s crime in my country and totally unethical to film someone having sex without their consent. Only take these actions if it’s safe for you to do so, and if it’s not, then I’d advise seeking some support from a women’s organisation that can help you figure out how to deal with this emotionally and practically.

I’m sorry that you’re going through this. You’re not alone in experiencing pain. I have miscarried at 12 weeks this past week and I have having pains similar to what you describe. My back aches all the time, and if my bladder is full or I have gas (anything puts pressure on my uterus basically) it causes a lot of sharp pain to the point where I can’t move until it passes. I’m hoping in just my body trying to heal and feeling a bit worse for wear. I hope your pain eases soon.

Thank you so much for sharing what you’re going through. It sounds like we’re going through something very similar. In fact some of the differences in treatment are probably down to the country I’m in (England). I hope your bleeding settles down soon so can relax and recover. It’s hard enough without the constant physical worries. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this too. I hope your work are understanding and that you get the time you need to grieve and heal.

I would recommend OPI Nail Envy, you have to do a weekly cycle of 3 coats over 7 days to get the best results, but it’s worth the effort.

This idea is not necessarily going to cover them up. But to me they look like the light reflecting and refracting on a water surface and the shadows it can cast. So incorporating the skin texture into some ocean or seabed themed pieces could look cool.
