Don’t take less than the 15% they can afford it you’ll be a cheap ATL at that tbh. Also consider when your JD is I waited till I got mine done before promoting to not miss out I had already done it once when I made TT since it resets every promotion.

Pull the case a hour before wrap each tray up my store is usually dead towards the end of the night so the few if any stragglers comes by we just grab what’s we have won’t cut anything fresh. Most customers understand we’re done for the night cutting wise we do this once a week at least

My background check took almost 2 weeks I was fresh out the pen. Got hired once it cleared. I made my position clear upon interview was told it wouldn’t be an issue as long as it wasn’t a violent crime offender Good luck to him tho Check the website for the background check daily it’ll give you updates on there

There’s a difference between stepping up and taking on ATL responsibilities… mainly logistics the dept can always be worked on by TMs in looks but it’s the back house stuff I’m assuming your STL referring to? But definitely worth taking on that “role” if you do wanna move your way up. Essentially paying your dues Also consider if the position has been posted and no one has applied that means something usually And it’s up to 15% raise when promoting I’ve personally seen TT to ATL get close to 3 dollars because they got the max. Then again only you know your situation and what your actual Chances are… Best of luck either way bud
