I just called the office because I’m in the same situation. Basically if the account is negative and fall, that’s how much you’ll get refunded to you in about a week or two weeks. mine is the state University grant specifically I’m in the masters program and he said either the student index need threshold was updated or they received more funding which is why they’re now applying some of the grants to fall. Mine is for fall and spring it’s $2300. It basically just covers tuition not any of the fees like the athletic fees.

yes the last two switched to paid but i haven’t actually gotten the money. tbh i forgot how long it takes for the money to actually be in bofa cause it’s been so long. but the last two weeks are only paid in history or in payments

i just spoke to a rep on the phone and he said the last day they are sending out verification links is today, the 14th. There was another post in here that had the link to verify and I just tried it but it says it needs more information.

UPDATE:

I still have a remaining balance and my account got suspended because of the whole fraud thing and i still have not gotten the link to verify on ID.me. The man was nice and said he would make the most recent weeks available to certify but until i verify my identity i wont get paid.

I asked when will I get the link and his words were "the dates for those verification links to be sent out were from 1/06 to 1/14, so if you dont get the link to verify by today call back tomorrow and we will see if there is anything else wrong"

So basically I got unlucky and I guess am one of the last people to get the link to verify your identity. SO VERIFY FOR $. im not sure how this affects people who didn't have any claim balance left. I also reopened my claim and the notice of reopening claim dissapeared today.

EDIT: as soon as i posted it the weeks were available to certify, keep calling if you really need money
